Much of Angie Kenber's work is inspired by the 'end of the land': in particular the southwest corner of England around St Ives. Edges - not just of the land- but of her brushmarks - mark the rhythm and unfolding of colour relationships, and signify the journey of her work.
She is an experienced painter working from her studio at BV Studios, Bedminster, Bristol. During the last few years she has exhibited widely in galleries and shows in London and Oxford, as well as the New Gallery, RWA, Bristol. Most recently she held a successful solo show at the Grant Bradley Gallery, Bristol.
